Receptionist – summary of main tasks and responsibilities:
Point of contact for guests and visitors
Managing guest check-in and check-out
Receiving and dealing with written and telephone booking enquiries
Operating the telephone switchboard
Responsible for ensuring the lobby and reception area are kept clean and tidy
Your profile:
Experience as a receptionist would be advantageous
You really enjoy interacting with international guests and visitors and are able to
provide an enthusiastic welcome
You like having face-to-face contact with guests and have a personable
and friendly manner
You cope well under pressure and always remain cheerful
You firmly believe in the importance of maintaining high quality standards
A good knowledge of English would be advantageous and knowledge of other foreign languages would also be beneficial
You have a smart personal appearance and impeccable manners
