These candidates already have one to two years’ experience in the hotel and catering industry. For example, they have already worked as serving or bar staff, as reception or housekeeping staff, or as kitchen staff.
In order to register with us as a professional, these candidates must provide evidence that they have completed professional training for the relevant job with a diploma or EFZ training (Swiss certificate of proficiency). In the hotel sector, this could include training as a professional hotel manager, restaurant professional or chef.
